How is it so much cheaper?

One flat product, no sales team, no per-feature upsells, and no cut of your client payments. You pay $29.99/month for the software; when clients pay you by card you keep everything except the standard card-processing fee. Big platforms monetize add-ons — we don’t have any.

Same standards where it matters

  • HIPAA-compliant infrastructure: encryption in transit and at rest, private database, audit logging, and a Business Associate Agreement.
  • Clients never need accounts — secure links for intake, consent, assessments, and their portal.
  • Your data is yours: export a full archive anytime, cancel anytime, keep access until your period ends.

What Theraflow doesn’t do (yet)

  • Insurance claim filing (superbill-style invoices are included; direct payer integrations are not).
  • Multi-clinician group practices — Theraflow is built for solo private practices today.
  • A native mobile app — the web app works on your phone, but there’s no App Store download.

If you need those today, a bigger platform may fit better — we’d rather you pick the right tool than regret a switch.
